Membership Dues Invoice for 2025

Magoun Landing Civic Association Membership Dues includes:

 Weekly Landscaping & Maintenance at all Magoun entrances, malls, & common areas;

 Beautification and upkeep, seasonal plantings at all entrances, malls, and beach gardens;

 Power washing/painting of Entrance Pillars when required;

 ACCESS to our beautiful Private Beach via code for gate lock;

 Maintenance & upkeep of new dock, beach, and beach furnishings;

 Flagpole maintenance at both malls;

 Annual Holiday Gala w/ Santa;

 Neighborhood updates & notifications;

 MLCA property taxes.

AFTER APRIL 1ST all members in good standing will receive the 2025 Beach Code from our Treasurer, Gail Puorro (via email or mail).
